Feature Stories

自古以來,不同文化都有收集故事、說故事的傳統,無論是古希臘的荷馬史詩,還是周代的《詩經》,都是透過民間搜集採納而成。據古籍記載,收集這些詩歌、故事的目的,乃「聞於天子」,使他可以「觀風俗,知得失,自考正也。」了解民眾的關注,從而調整政策,是古代賢主施政必不可少的一環。

到了今天,雖然君主政制已不復存在,但了解受眾需要,仍是不同行業的關注點。教育作為一個專業,教師的關注點應先了解學生的成長及學習需要,並為他們設計合適的學習活動。為此,《知優百物》收集了與賽馬會「知優致優」計劃合作的20所計劃學校,一共23位校長和教師發掘學生潛能的樂趣、與不同能力學生相處的點滴,以及推行校本資優教育的心路歷程。我們希望透過他們的故事,消除大眾對資優教育的誤解。
